What you value most will dictate the choices you make.
What are you spending your time on? Are they the things you value most? If not, you probably need to reset and re-align your core values.
Too often we make sacrifices that don’t line up with the things that are most important to us. For instance, let’s say your family time is your #1 priority. Taking a job where the work hours prevent you from at being with your loved ones because it pays $5 more an hour is not in alignment with what’s important to you. It’s as simple as that.
Identify what’s important to you and base your choices on the things that matter most to you. I guarantee you’ll be happier and healthier because of it!
