Sometimes we just need to ‘BE’. Chill; relax; enjoy the moment we are in. Even when the moment is not so ‘chill’, taking a step back to make out what’s really going on will help to get a situation under control.
We need to learn how to live in the moment while life goes on around us…and NOT give in to the urge to jump into the ‘drama’ of the moment.
Tomorrow is not here yet; concentrate on today.
The past has its place, too…in the past.
